Creation of a bronze statue representing Grand Chief Nicolas Vincent Tsaouenhohoui (1769-1844). We made a 3D Scan of an actor wearing similar clothing as well as a wampum loaned by the First Nations Museum (Wendake). We then manually reworked the character into a virtual sculpture based on historical images of Nicolas Vincent, and recreated all of his accessories. It was then 3D printed, molded, then cast in bronze and installed in Wendake, on rue de la Faune.
